Complex in the aroma, presents citrus and floral notes that combine perfectly with a strong mineral profile. Tense and vibrant in the mouth, with a well present acidity, it impresses by the lightness it demonstrates despite the excellent volume in the mouth. Dry and austere, it is a white wine that will benefit greatly in cellaring.
Vinification
Fermented and aged in French oak barrels with 4 years (400/500L). The ageing of 18 months took place with minimal intervention, without batonnage or successive sulphur corrections. Bottling was direct, without filtration. The reason for this prolonged aging is that the Encruzado variety needs time.
