In the mouth it feels the high acidity very vibrant, with notes of lemon juice, lime, yellow plum and some peach. Clean, direct, sharp, mineral finish, with a permanent lemony note.

Terroir
Vineyards located at 700m altitude on a gentle slope exposed to the southeast. Soils derived from metamorphic series of schist with quartz outcrops. Sandy texture with some stoniness.
Vinification
Grapes harvested for 20kg boxes. Bunches pressed without destemming (whole bunches) in a plate press, being the must sulfited, immediately pumped to stainless steel fermentation vats, where the static decantation at low temperature took place, and after passing through clean, the fermentation.
Fermentation
In stainless steel vats with cooling jacket at a temperature of 17ºC to 20ºC.
