This wine presents a rosy color, paired with nuances of onion skin, intense aromas of ripe wild berries and some stone fruits. It has an excellently balanced palate, with a well-matched acidity, and a finish with good volume of medium persistence.
Produced in the Northern Alentejo, near the historic village of Crato, where the ancient Knights of the Order of Malta roamed, with Aragonez and Merlot grapes, this wine is blessed with intense aromas of wild berries and boasts an excellent balanced palate, with a good volume finish of medium persistence. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and goes very well with roasted fish and seafood dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 10 ºC.
Manual harvest, followed by selection at the choosing table. Soft pressing by a pneumatic press. Fermentation with temperature control.
