It is a red wine made with the Trincadeira, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Alicante Bouchet grapes, planted in the hillsides of Crato, with excellent soil and climate conditions for the production of quality wines.
Vinification
Manual harvesting, followed by selection on the selection table and entry to the fermentation tanks by gravity. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Aging
8 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle.
