Granja Amareleja
GA D.O.C. red wine derives from Moreto, Aragonez and Trincadeira grape varieties produced in the Alentejo sub-region Granja-Amareleja. This is a sub-region with very specific edaflo-climatic conditions - sandy soils and high temperatures - resulting in a warm, full-bodied wine of great complexity.
Vinification & Aging
Mechanical treading, alcoholic fermentation in 10-ton amphoras with temperature control and full tanning. Aged for 8 months in oak barrels.
