The grapes that give rise to the single-varietal wines of the Lisbon Region come from a single vineyard called "Zavial". In the case of Pinot Noir, this is a 6 hectare parcel where three different clones of this grape variety are planted. In the case of the Syrah, it is a 20 year old parcel of 1,2ha. Both wines do not undergo any filtration or artificial stabilization and were bottled in small quantities.

Winemaking

Crushing and full destemming, fermentation and classic tanning in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels.
