Vinha Paz wines, named after the producer's mother, are produced in the demarcated Dão region. The property has about 10.5 hectares of vineyard, of which 7.5 hectares are old vines. The wines are produced by António Canto Moniz, from the grapes of the Leira da Tremoa region, which are processed under the traditional method of foot treading, and which, after vinification and ageing processes are completed, are bottled at the Casa da Carreira Alta winery in Oliveira de Barreiros.

Integrated production method. Manual harvest with selection of the best grapes. Light filtration. Wine with well integrated structure expressing intense and very persistent notes promising a good aging potential.
