This traditional Port Wine is hand-picked from small baskets, with grapes from a single harvest. Its rich color and intense aroma of black fruits make it full-bodied and round, with a long aging potential. Due to the small oxygenation, this Port should be carefully opened and decanted, and consumed in a few days. It pairs well with cheese, chocolate, ham, cream, fruits, and smoked ham.

This single harvest Port Wine is made using traditional methods, handpicked grapes and partial striping. The fermentation occurs with temperature control, and is stopped by adding brandy. It is then aged in oak casks for a minimum of 7 years, giving it an orange-tawny hue and raisin, dry fruit, and vanilla aromas.
