Wine obtained from vines planted in the best clay-limestone soils of the region. Fermented in small wine presses, without destemming, and aged in old wooden barrels. Bottled without colage or filtration. It presents an elegant and full-bodied profile, with a balanced acidity. A wine evaluated by Robert Parket.
