Coração Obra Prima

This wine comes from the Lima region in Vinhos Verdes, where the Loureiro grape variety reaches its maximum expression and where white wines are very aromatic, elegant and mineral. This blend of Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto is a fresh and light wine.

Vinification and Aging

Total destemming, pneumatic pressing, defecation by vacuum filter, alcoholic fermentation with automatic temperature control, protein, ferric, cupric and potassium bitartars stabilization, tangential filtration and by sterilizing membranes of porosities 1.2, 0.65 and 0.45 one before bottling.
