After a rigorous selection of grapes and destemming, we proceeded to a pre-fermentative pellicular maceration, followed by a fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats with daily pumping over.
Aging
Partially matured in oak barrels for 12 months. May create deposit with aging.
