Vinification
In 2014, unlike other regions, in the Dão, it rained little and there were weeks of very hot weather, with dry nights and sunny mornings, excellent conditions for the harvest. The grapes were vinified respecting all its nature, and fermentation took place in a stainless steel press. Aged for 16 months in 4 and 6 year old allier oak barrels.
