The Baron-Fuenté family aims to achieve excellence in wine growing and production.

The company began in 1962, when Gabriel Baron and Dolorès Fuenté received vines as a wedding present. In 1967, they founded Champagne Baron-Fuenté and produced their first wines. The couple's children, Sophie and Ignace, joined the company in 1983 and 1992 respectively and contributed to the company's growth. The cellar was extended in 2000 and 2007, allowing for improvements in storage conditions and modernisation of processes. In 2011, the Baron-Fuenté family joined the Lété-Vautrain family, maintaining the identity and independence of Casa Lété-Vautrain. In 2013, a new pressing centre was designed to improve the pressing and vinification processes. Sophie and Ignace are the proud owners of the 40-hectare vineyard and work to preserve the family legacy and pass on their passion to the next generations.
