Pinta Negra Blanc de Noirs Sparkling has a tremendous aromatic freshness. It is crisp, with a hint of vegetable followed by a dash of white flower and green apple. Also a fresh acidity, incredibly light and immersive mousse and fruit. It is slighty unctuous on the palate, leading to a firm and lively finish.

Ruby coloured sparkling wine. Aroma of red fruits with some spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and finishes with a captivating mousse.

Crystalline appearance with fine and persistent bubbles. A well-defined citrus colour, a floral aroma with notes of white-fleshed fruits and a fruity, crispy taste.

This cuvée should awaken the taste buds without assaulting them (hence the importance of reserve wines kept in bottle), flattered by its fruity and very fresh side. The pure finish leaves the palate "very clean" and invites consumption.

A blend of 93% Chardonnay with 7% Pinot Noir red wine. Hints of red fruit (pomelo, strawberry and redcurrant aromas). Very elegant rosé, ideal as an aperitif.

100% Chardonnay, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage, intense aromas of citrus, bread, toast, and buttery. In the mouth, excellent acidity, medium body, very intense, fresh, long finish.

Intense straw yellow with golden highlights. Fine and persistent perlage. Citrus, peach, pear, jasmine flowers, sweet spices, pastry/bread, mineral notes. Direct and intense on the palate. Lively acidity that integrates well with intense flavor. Good structure. Intense and complex. Balanced with a persistent finish on a fruity, citrusy and pleasantly savory return. 

Pale lemony color with high intensity and developing nose. Aromas and flavors of ripe fruits, citrus, peach, apricot, apple, toast, brioche, biscuit, yeast, and nuts. Dry with high acidity, medium body, medium - intensity, medium alcohol, and long aftertaste.

Well balanced and quite complex. It has a pale lemon color, pronounced on the nose with a smell of butter biscuit yeast brioche apple citrus bruised apple. Dry, medium - body and high acidity with a creamy mousse. Taste of citrus butter toast brioche yeast biscuit yellow apple apricot.
