Monte da Raposinha Ensaio III Arinto White 2020 is a truly remarkable white wine. Produced in the Alentejo region of Portugal, this wine is crafted with total destemming and soft pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation in a used 400L French oak barrel. After fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in an oak barrel with weekly bâtonnage, resulting in an exquisite, complex wine.
