This product is available for a limited time from April 1st, 2023 to June 30th, 2023. The winemaking process begins with fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. After that, aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and bottle for 12 months. This blend is made from Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Syrah, and Touriga Franca and has an intense colour. On the nose, expect to find forest fruits and aromas of cocoa and tobacco leaves. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with robust tannins and a lengthy finish. Serve at 16°C to 18ºC alongside game and cheese. Allergens:
Porta da Ravessa 30 Years Special Reserve Red 2017 is a special blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Touriga Franca grapes. This blend creates a unique aroma and taste, that can be experienced until the 30th of June 2023, while stocks last. A promotion is valid from the 1st of April 2023.
The winemaking process for this special reserve red wine is complex and carefully monitored. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel vessels at a temperature of 26ºC and further aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. After this, the wine is bottled and aged for another 12 months before being released for sale.
The Porta da Ravessa 30 Years Special Reserve Red 2017 has an intense colour and aroma, with notes of forest fruit, cocoa and tobacco leaves. It is a full-bodied wine with firm tannins and a long-lasting finish. This is an ideal accompaniment to game and cheese.
For optimal results, the Porta da Ravessa 30 Years Special Reserve Red 2017 should be stored lying down at a temperature of 15°C. It should be served at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
