Clear garnet red wine with aromas of ripe red fruits with soft notes of dried fruits and spices. In the mouth it is well structured, distinctive and soft. Firm but soft tannins, with a long and elegant finish with hints of spice.
Fermentation at controlled temperature (22°C) for 10 days. Followed by 15 days in vat. Malolactic fermentation with wood substitutes. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
