Quinta de Ventozelo Vintage 2016 presents a deep purple color, with violet nuances. The nose is fruity, with wild berries aroma, and floral notes. The palate presents great acidity, with some fine tannins and a vibrant ending.

Cockburn's Vintage 2016 presents aromas of red fruits with hints of clove and ginger. On the palate combines red fruit flavours with a dry character with a long finish marked by Cockburn’s signature ‘grip’.

Cockburn's LBV presents a deep colour with garnet nuances. Notes of cassis, red fruits and eucalyptus lead to a hint of liquorice and mouth-filling flavours of ripe, red fruit, with strawberry. Fine-grained tannins provide a satisfying spicy note, which highlights the freshness and balances the wine.

Dow's LBV Port  presents a deep purple color  with an opaque centre. Exuberant aromas of blackberry and liquorice are complemented by subtle notes of cocoa and mint. There is also a floral element (roses), which reflects the significant Touriga Franca component of the blend. Dalva Single Harvest 1985 presents notes of vanilla, honey and nuts. The palate is round and complex, with a touch of jam, and coffee. It is fresh with an elegant ending.

Typically Warre’s in its feminine charm, exuding floral aromas of violets and rockrose. Supple, ripe black fruit flavours, underscored by fresh acidity, rendering superb balance and elegance. Long, lingering finish with delicate tea-leaf notes.

Warre’s 1985 Vintage has a ruby red colour. It is wonderfully aromatic, packed with complex aromas of ripe red and dark fruits with floral undertones. On the palate typically Warre's in style with tremendous elegance and finesse, packed with dark fruit flavours such as black cherry and plums, and silky tannins leading to a long and lingering finish.

Quinta de Valle Longo Vintage 2016 presents a floral and delicate aroma, with notes of ripe fruit. The palate is bodied, well balanced, and with a long ending.  

Vista Alegre Vintage 2016 presents a dark ruby color. Complex aroma, with notes of blackberries. The palate is velvety, bodied and fruity, with polished tannins and a long ending.

Vista Alegre Colheita 1985 presents a tawny  color with orange nuances . It is well balanced, with good acidity, freshness, and aromas to raisins, dried fruits and some vanilla. The palate is smooth and silky with strong texture and a long ending.    

A vivid amber colour. Rich and elegant on the nose, with prevailing aromas of dried fruit, well wrapped by fine notes of vanilla and chocolate. An intense and full-bodied wine, yet delicate and well structured. A deep, delicious and persistent finish.

The 2016 LBV has very lively and complex aromas, with a ripe, black plum, spicy and herbal finish. It has good concentration without very full-bodied and fresh tannins, providing length and depth of port. Thanks to the year and good acidity, two opposing flavors of maturity and concentration are well integrated for freshness and balance.
