Intense and fine aroma with notes of ripe red fruit, spices and some toast. Soft mouth and nice fruit, mature tannins well married, finishes long and appealing.

Its elegance makes it seem lighter, but it is much more concentrated than the first taste suggests. It simply has a bright subtlety in the mid-palate. If the Pellada has echoes of Burgundy, so does this. It is full of flavor, tightly wrapped and beautifully constructed. It opens slowly and becomes more impressive all the time.

Presents a classic profile of the Dão right in the aromatic profile, forest and pine, balsamic, vegetables, the hidden fruit. In the mouth it perfectly combines character and elegance, with beautiful tannins served by excellent acidity, plenty of freshness in the long, firm, convincing and personalized finish. A great wine, of breed and terroir.
