Quinta das Marias Encruzado is a balanced wine, full of flavor and fresh. On the palate it presents fruity notes and a remarkable acidity and refreshing, floral aroma with a light mineral presence. Elegant, rounded profile with a persistent finish.

Intense color. On the nose red fruit and black fruits, some spice and toasted notes. Complex, robust and with good volume in the mouth. Very pleasant finish.

Deep purple color. 

On the nose, it has a very young aromas of black wild berries, with some notes of black pepper, roasted coffee, damp earth and sweet tobacco. 

On the palate, a very nice, round red wine with flavors of wild berries, spices, and chocolate. Strength but appealing tannins with well-dosed acidity, and a persistent tannic finish.

Ruby color. On the nose wood, cherry and vanilla. In the mouth is very fruity and tasty.

This wine is produced using maceration, pre-fermentation and fermentation in barrels, and follows with six months on the lees. Encruzado grapes are used to make this voluminous wine with aromas of citrus fruits and mineral touches, as well as vibrant acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
