Madre de agua Alfrocheiro is a wine with aromas of red fruit notes combined with spices. The relationship between tannins, acidity and structure is great class giving it a unique balance. Aged in used 500l barrels for 12 months.

Open color reminiscent of wines from cold climates, it has a very fine and elegant bouquet, with floral notes well complexed with fresh fruit. In the mouth it is deceptively light as it is intense and full of character.

Very closed on the nose, hidden fruit, some lemon peel presence, field herbs. In taste it reveals lively acidity to stand out, being a light wine.

Delicate aroma, in harmony with some stone notes and slight notes of white fruit. Structured, with good mouth volume, it is a white wine with presence, supported by good acidity and a strong mineral component. Provides a delicate finish, with notes of fruit and fresh herbs.

Very intense and vivid color. The aroma shows great complexity, with plum and red fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm freshness and with velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavors and impressive acidity.
