There are always different ways to sing it. Concentrated violet ruby color, intense and ripe nose with floral notes of black fruit. Full-bodied, round and with good persistence.

Pó de Poeira Branco has a pale color and a very fresh aroma, which is projected with very elegant floral and mineral notes. In the mouth it is a very pleasant wine, full of sweetness and acidity, very floral. It also shows citrus combined with hints of ripe fruit. The finish is prolonged and persistent.

This Poeira white is the ultimate example of the diversity of the Douro. It is the realization of a dream, and proof that even in the most traditional places it is worth innovating and taking risks when you believe in it.

Sometimes we need to take chances and step out of line. When this happens at Poeira, irreverent and original wines are born. In search of new balances, we harvested these grapes very early and with enormous acidity. 5 years later we have a generous, engaging wine that fills us with pleasure.

Sometimes we need to take risks, to “get out of line” and when that happens, irreverent and original wines are born at Poeira. This white was born wanting to be red but was beaten by its nature and despite its phenolic richness and lacy texture, it is today a fully-fledged white Douro with a long way to go.

This wine demonstrates intense, light, floral, minty aromas. It is a typical Douro wine, bitter combined with the sweetness of the fruit, excellent barrel and good extraction.
