Macanita Malvasia Fina Vinhos is a project of two brothers and two winemakers. Two-handed wines. Some wines, despite being produced together, are the preferences, quirks or visions of each of the brothers. Malvasia Fina is a variety that oxidizes easily, which has led to its disappearance in several regions. In this Malvasia Fina, we embrace this characteristic, in a wine that, instead of protecting from oxidation, we oxygenated the must, fermented it in tanks and horizontal barrels, and kept it in stage, without sulfur protection until bottling, entrusting this function to the lees bAttonage. Straw yellow in color, it has tea leaves, white plum and hints of sherry in the aroma. In the mouth the entry is dense and creamy, ending with a deep minerality.
