Julia Kemper's Encruzado White is a white wine from the Dão region of Portugal. The wine is made with the Encruzado grape variety and is aged for six months in French oak barrels. Inspired by essences and old records from Poças from the 30's and 40's, Vermouth Soberbo is based on white port wine and infusions of 18 botanicals carefully selected and harvested on our farms in the Douro, resulting in a perfect and original balance between sweetness and the bitterness.
