Cockburn's Quinta dos Canais Vintage 2010 presents an opaque deep purple colour. A floral nose with the sweetness of intense ripe berry fruit and a touch of fig and mint/eucalyptus. In the mouth it’s full-bodied but supple with flavours of dark fruits and a hint of pepper.

Bomfim wines are purple-black, austere, complex and intensely concentrated; they are characterised by very fine peppery tannins. Spice and pepper balance the black chocolate flavours and these are very evident in all Bomfim Ports. Abundant fruit flavours with hints of maple, raisins and ripe blackberries give elegance and poise to this wine.

Graham's Late Bottled Vintage is beautifully balanced by the freshness provided by excellent acidity . In the background, there are also some attractive, bright tropical fruit notes.
