This Portuguese white wine is produced by the classic method of second fermentation in bottle and has at least 12 months of rest in cellar. It presents a clear and bright yellow color and a complex nose of fermentation, toast and herbal notes. In the mouth it has good acidity and creaminess. 

The bubbles awaken us to a delicate sparkling wine, with slight vegetal notes, cherry fruit, a cookie, but without lacking complexity and elegance.
