It presents a raspberry color. The nose of Quinta do Javali Pet Nat Rose is IRREVERANT and BOLD. With the necessary “breathing” time, bold aromas of a natural wine emerge: slightly macerated red fruits and mineral notes. In the mouth, it is possible to detect fruity notes and an acidic nerve that “freshly” refreshes the level of the natural sugars that the wine has.  

Produced using the Tinta Roriz and Jaen grape varieties, with gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with temperature control in a vat. Soft pressing.
