Produced using the Tinta Roriz and Jaen grape varieties, with gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with temperature control in a vat. Soft pressing.

Wine with a rosy color, open and bright. The nose is perfumed, fresh, full of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and currants wrapped in a delicate floral touch. In the mouth it is fresh and vibrant, the fruity notes remain and send us to a persistent and appealing finish.

Clear and bright wine with a very light salmon tone. Aromatically complex and elegant, suggests notes of stone fruit such as peach and ripe apricot, mixed with hints of dried flower and dehydrated orange peel, wrapped in a buttery mineral background. The mouth is rich, full and enveloping. It has texture and acidity, in tune with a vibrant finish, which gives it a pleasant persistence.
