Aromatically it is pure and complex, suggesting notes of white meat fruit, quince, curdled apple and orange peel, wrapped by mineral notes of resin and wet clay. This wine combines the typical acidity of the Arinto grape variety with the creaminess from the bâtonnage, resulting in a citrus aroma, green apple and a smoky note that adds complexity. It should be served at 12ºC, and stored horizontally. Its lightness pairs well with fish and seafood, salads, sushi and pasta. It has 17.5 points in Vinho Grandes Escolhas and contains sulphites.
