A very mineral and fresh Alvarinho, with excellent acidity. Very pure, with a good structure, true to the variety, without tropical notes, very focused on the citrus side. A beautiful white, year after year.

This white wine is made using three distinct grape varieties; Cerceal, Bical and Encruzado. The winemaking process begins with destemming and cooling of the grapes, followed by decanting at 12°C.
