Clean citrus color. Fresh, pure and mineral aroma with a touch of grapefruit. In the palate it is sharp, fresh, and mineral wine that tease the palate, showing it’s ocean born origin.

This is a Viosinho dos Altos (from Joaninha), where the freshness shows the full potential of the variety. Viosinho de Joaninha is a fresher and more mineral expression of this traditional Douro variety, famous for its great aroma and sweetness.

With a citrus color, the wine initially shows good floral notes, citrus, light tropical evolving later to some mineral notes, more discrete and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present and balanced acidity. Fine and complex, with a good fruit character, an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a very fine and long finish.
