This white wine is made using three distinct grape varieties; Cerceal, Bical and Encruzado. The winemaking process begins with destemming and cooling of the grapes, followed by decanting at 12°C. Wine of concentrated ruby color. On the nose it is young with a lot of aromatic intensity, where red fruits stand out with slight notes of toast. On the palate, it appears round in an attractive way with tannins present in a balanced way, in a very elegant set, culminating in a long and persistent finish.
