Oppaco is the first-ever red wine made by Soalheiro, marking a new chapter in our history. The goal was to take an innovative approach to the region’s red wines. We named this wine Oppaco, meaning ‘opaque’, to mark Soalheiro’s venture into the world of red wine. Oppaco has a bright ruby color and aromas of fresh red fruit with hints of spice.    

Zafirah Red presents a light ruby color. Aromas of red fruit, wild flowers and a slight fresh herbaceous hint. Fresh and deep on the palate, with vibrant acidity, lively red berries flavors and a good structure due to its time in barrels.

Sou Red has a medium open color. Fresh and elegant nose with notes of wild berries, spices and herbs. Very fresh in the mouth with good structure of very soft tannins, vibrant acidity and a long finish with fruit and spicy notes.

Opaque and ruby, nose with medium intensity, light floral, dry leaves, ripe strawberry, pomegranate, currant, clay, wet earth and light honey. In the mouth it is intense, dry, with a high acidity, medium body, blackberry, strawberry, currant notes and long ending.

Aphros Ouranos Averelhao presents a light red color. Fruity aroma with notes of red berries. The palate presents a well-integrated acidity with fine tannins and a long ending.

Intense purple color. Concentrated aroma showing exotic wild berries, jam, vanilla and spices. Elegant, potent and voluminouson the palate, with a silky texture.

Aphros Vinhao has a violet color. Fruity aroma with notes of red berries, such as cherries, cassis and spices nuances. The palate is firm, with round tannins, and a crispy acidity that leads to a persistent ending.

Pardusco Red has a pale ruby color. Ripen red berry aromas with a mineral hint. On the palate shows a very nice acidity that shows freshness along with a good structure

On the palate, it is delicate, with fresh fruit aroma and a long ending.    

Opaque ruby colour. On the nose, the aroma is reminiscent of red fruits. On the palate it is slightly sparkling, firm tannins, acidity and medium body.

Ruby red colour and with a shiny appearance. Complex aroma, with hints of wild berries. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and tannins, with a long and smooth finish.

Ruby color with violet nuances. This wine is elegant, with a good structure that combines the aromas of grape varieties used and giving a persistent and complex flavor. Soft with a slight touch of wood and a good end of the mouth.

Delicate and fine, it stands out for its fruity aromas with floral notes. In the mouth it is young with citrus flavors, becoming delicious and easy to drink. It also presents a long, intense and persistent finish, a particular quality of this variety.

Clear and very intense color. Fruity, with notes of red fruits. Soft and fresh, young and vinous.
