We can also say that it is a refreshing wine, thanks to its good acidity, characteristic of the region.

QM rose wine is made from a blend between two noble grape varieties from the sub-region of Moncao and Melgaco. It has a light colour, with red berries aroma and hints of mint and citrus fruit peel. It is freshing and persistente in the mouth.
