This white wine is crafted with carefully selected Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto grapes. Enjoy the full experience by storing it horizontally at 15°C and serving it at 10-11°C. It pairs excellently with seafood, white meats and grilled fish, and it also makes for a great aperitif. Be aware that this product contains sulphites.
Castelomor offers a unique white wine with a blend of Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto grapes. The Vinification process is ten days long and takes place in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature and destemmed grapes, resulting in a unique flavor and aroma.
This white wine has a citrus colour and golden highlights. Its aroma is fruity and floral, inviting the senses to explore its taste. Its mouth has a good structure, being fresh and slightly acidic. After tasting, a dry and lingering finish is experienced.
Castelomor White 2021 pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats, and is also great as an aperitif. To fully enjoy the experience, this wine should be served at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Castelomor White 2021 should be stored lying down at a temperature of 15°C. It contains sulphites, so please keep in mind when serving.
