In the mouth it shows a smooth and creamy texture, mineral, with notes of citrus and medium acidity. The end is marked by its persistence and freshness, characteristics conferred by the stage at altitude.

Dark ruby colour with a garnet edge. Intense and complex aroma with notes of red fruits and floral harmoniously combined with notes of toasted wood, where it aged. Harmonious flavour, with good structure, excellent acidity but perfectly integrated, showing a long and persistent finish.

Clean yellow color. Complex aroma, with citrus and vanilla notes, mineral character. In the mouth it is very fresh, lively, excellent acidity, good volume, in perfect association with light barrel notes, giving it great aromatic complexity and a persistent finish.

In the mouth, it has an excellent structure and volume. It is very balanced (with excellent acidity) and filled with fruit, with a persistent finish.
