The wine is frank, balanced in the mouth, pleasant, dry and harmonious in its very firm structure. On the nose, very ripe white and yellow fruits are enhanced by pastry notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, on citrus fruits, ending with a finish of dried fruits and mineral touches.

This Spumante is produced according to the classic method of second fermentation in bottle and aged for 12 months in the cellar. It is made from white Pinot grapes. The wine is characterized by a very fine bubble and delicate perlage. On the nose, it shows slight vegetal notes, cherry, dried fruits and a bit of cookie. The taste is complex and elegant.
