Manual night harvest, selected on a choice table, 30% whole bunch of 70% destemmed, fall by gravity in the vat. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration between 25 to 40 days, followed by an 18-month aging in French oak barrels

This 100% Moreto, one of the few Moreto monovarietals in Portugal. A bewildering wine, that shown the role of this varietal in the old vineyards of Alentejo. Freshness and power.

Concentrated violet ruby color, intense and ripe nose with floral notes of black fruit. Full-bodied, round and with good persistence.

Quinta do Javali Red Reserve has a deep red color. The nose presents  notes of ripe red fruit,  hints of strawberry jam and raspberry, combined with nuances of spices. So well integrated, there are notes of toasted barrels of high quality, giving a greedy character to wine, with aromas of vanilla and brioche. In the mouth, it confirms the fruity aromas in harmony with it elegant structure .

Quinta dos Lobatos Red has an intense red color. Nose characterized by notes of ripe red fruits, with a strong presence of strawberry jam and raspberry. The short aging in oak barrels was used only to adjust the aromatic component, being responsible for some spice hints. In the mouth, we highlight the fruity aromas, properly balanced by an elegant structure.
