The mixture of grape varieties in our centennial vineyard gives MOB Gauvé White a unique and irreplicable profile. It is a super balanced wine, with notes of white fruit and a very lively acidity, giving it a high longevity in the bottle.

This Portuguese white wine is made from Fernão Pires grapes. It has a citrus colour, with citrus notes, slight mineral aroma and good structure. The wine is made by gently crushing and macerating the grapes in the cold and then clarifying the must by decanting and fermenting it at a controlled 16ºC temperature.
