The Quinta do Javali Clos Bonifata White demonstrates the purity, respect and uniqueness of the Clos Bonifata terroir. Located in Ervedosa do Douro; from the vineyard to the glass. It presents lemon color with greenish tones. Peculiar nose, marked by floral and granite notes. In the mouth, the acid freshness is in harmony with the minerality of the Clos Bonifata terroir.

Quinta do Javali White has a light yellow color. On the nose, notes of white and yellow fruits stand out. On the palate, its fruitness reappears, associated with a “gastronomic” acidity.  

Fresh, balanced, fruity. Well achieved, presenting a bit more body and depth than the typical blend of the region. Notable balance between alcohol and acidity, arousing various sensations.
