Experimentum Merlot is a medium-bodied wine with a light acidity and an aroma of black pepper, nutmeg and rosemary. Typically fruity where spice occupies a prominent place, it provides a memorable pleasure to those who consume it.

Medium concentrated ruby colored wine. Aromatically it is fresh and fragrant, suggesting notes of fresh grass, flowers and spice. Characteristics that elegantly surround ripe red fruit, plums and raspberries in jam. On the palate, it is delicately textured with fine tannins, refreshing acidity and a full flavored, long and persistent finish.
