Oppaco is the first-ever red wine made by Soalheiro, marking a new chapter in our history. The goal was to take an innovative approach to the region’s red wines. We named this wine Oppaco, meaning ‘opaque’, to mark Soalheiro’s venture into the world of red wine. Oppaco has a bright ruby color and aromas of fresh red fruit with hints of spice.    

Xisto Ilimitado White is a fresh and mineral whine. It has a pale yellow color. Fruity aroma on the nose, with notes of stone fruits, and peppery hints. The palate is mineral, with integrated acidity, and fruity notes.

Afluente White presents a mineral attack on the nose, and notes of wild flowers and slight spices hints. The palate has a discreet and elegant smokiness due to its aging in barrels. Vibrant and fresh acidity that leads to a long, mineral and unctuous ending.

Sou Red has a medium open color. Fresh and elegant nose with notes of wild berries, spices and herbs. Very fresh in the mouth with good structure of very soft tannins, vibrant acidity and a long finish with fruit and spicy notes.

Sou Alvarinho is complex on the nose, with notes of apricot, lime, spices and floral hints. The palate is fresh and persistent, with a well-integrated acidity and aromatic fruity notes on the aftertaste.

Santiago Vinha do Chapim is a vegan wine, with a citrine appearance. Elegant and complex aroma, with notes of stoned fruit and citrus. The palate is mineral, it presents great freshness, with a well-integrated acidity that leads to a long ending.

Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho & Loureiro reveals citrus color. The aroma is fresh and floral with balsamic and menthol notes, white flowers and citrus fruits. Presents elegant body, it is fresh with a mineral and balanced acidity.

It is bright with a salmon color. The aroma is delicate, with notes of wild fruit, lemon zest and a slight floral hint. Balanced, dry and persistent body. Fresh and long with mineral notes, white fruits and salinity ending.

Intense purple color. Concentrated aroma showing exotic wild berries, jam, vanilla and spices. Elegant, potent and voluminouson the palate, with a silky texture.

Pardusco Red has a pale ruby color. Ripen red berry aromas with a mineral hint. On the palate shows a very nice acidity that shows freshness along with a good structure

Exuberant nose where citric and floral aromas arise. On the palate it’s a light wine, with a crispy and round acidity. Long length with citric, tropical and herbaceous flavors.

Muros Antigo Escolha has a citric nose with strong floral and mineral presence along with mint notes. Fresh and light, mouth full of minerality and structure. Crystalline and persistent length.

Pequenos Rebentos Vinhas Velhas Loureiro is made from a vineyard planted in 1989. They selected the vines with lower production, and as a result of spontaneous fermentation in used barrels, and consequent maturation of about 9 months, using battonAge. Pequenos Rebentos White is the result of a blend between two grape varieties, Alvarinho and Trajadura. They gave origin to a round wine, fresh and above all, easy to drink.
