Oppaco is the first-ever red wine made by Soalheiro, marking a new chapter in our history. The goal was to take an innovative approach to the region’s red wines. We named this wine Oppaco, meaning ‘opaque’, to mark Soalheiro’s venture into the world of red wine. Oppaco has a bright ruby color and aromas of fresh red fruit with hints of spice.

Vinha da Urze Red Reserve Magnum (1.5L) is dark in color, followed by ripe blackberry, fig and black cherry aromas with lightly integrated oak. It is medium bodied, with and elegant texture and fruity notes on the palate.

Aneto White Reserve presents an elegant aroma. Notes of lemon zest, quince and slight mineral nuances on the nose. The palate is fruity, round, and mineral, with an unctuous texture, well-combined with toast hints from the aging barrels.

Muxagat White presents a yellow color with greenish nuances. Intense aroma with notes of peach, pear and white flowers on the nose, mineral hints. The palate is bodied, with great structure and well-integrated acidity that leads to a long ending.

Valle do Nídeo Sauvignon Blanc has a citrine color, with slight yellow nuances. Tropical and floral aromas on the nose, with slight pine and mineral hints. The palate is fresh, with fruity notes and toast hints that lead to a pleasant ending.

Valle do Nídeo Rose is a structured and complex wine. It presents violets and wild berries notes on the nose. The palate is balanced by its well-integrated acidity that gives it great freshness.

Dona Berta Centenary Vines White is a very aromatic wine, with mineral and fruity notes on the nose. The palate is smooth, with a well-integrated acidity that leads to a pleasant ending.

Revealing a full bouquet, where we lose ourselves in its plentiful aromas of red fruit subtly wrapped in floral notes with a fine hint of spice, Quinta da Boavista Vinha do Oratorio gradually takes over our senses, winning them over with is creaminess, generous texture and final freshness. A timeless wine.

Expressões Alvarinho has a very delicate floral aroma typical from the grapes coming from Moncao wrapped on an austere minerality. Citric fruit very present along with a hint of caramel. On the palate shows a stressed acidity with a great freshness. Fruity notes along with hints of oak and a slight bitterness typical of the variety. Persistent and elegant.
