Inspired by essences and old records from Poças from the 30's and 40's, Vermouth Soberbo is based on white port wine and infusions of 18 botanicals carefully selected and harvested on our farms in the Douro, resulting in a perfect and original balance between sweetness and the bitterness.

This delightful wine from Portugal is a blend of Fernão Pires and Arinto grapes. It boasts a very fruity nose, with clear green apples and exotic fruits, as well as a hint of lemon. An integrated acidity creates a fresh and balanced body. It is best served at 10-12ºC and pairs well with soft cheeses, fat fish, fillets of swordfish, and white meats. Allergens: Contains sulphites.
