A typical Alentejo variety, Trincadeira preta (syn. Tinta Amarela) with a thin and fragile skin, causes it to rot if it rains and to become raisin at high temperatures. This “Trincadeira” was picked at the point possible, focusing on its fresh fruit side. A breeze of Alentejo freshness that was lost, but that was always here after all.
