This wine is a tribute to the Abelharuco, a bird with an unique birdsong, a companion of the Alentejo grape harvest. Abelharuco White presents a citric color. It is aromatic, with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fruity, intense and well-balanced.

This wine is made with Antão Vaz grapes that have been cooled in a refrigerator to 12ºC before being vinified. The grapes undergo traditional vinification in marble presses with foot treading and total maceration. After fermentation, the wine is aged in 3rd use French oak barrels and raw clay amphorae.
