Oppaco is the first-ever red wine made by Soalheiro, marking a new chapter in our history. The goal was to take an innovative approach to the region’s red wines. We named this wine Oppaco, meaning ‘opaque’, to mark Soalheiro’s venture into the world of red wine. Oppaco has a bright ruby color and aromas of fresh red fruit with hints of spice.    

Soalheiro Sparkling Pet Nat Alvarinho 2020 is a fresh and light wine, with a soft touch at the end of the mouth, due to a spontaneous fermentation stop.

This Portuguese wine is aged in used French oak barrels and part in clay for 5 months. The grape varieties used are Touriga Nacional and it has a salmon colour, with aromas of red fruits, spicy notes and light balsamic. It is fresh and balanced with excellent volume and complexity.
