Clear and bright wine with a very light salmon tone. Aromatically complex and elegant, suggests notes of stone fruit such as peach and ripe apricot, mixed with hints of dried flower and dehydrated orange peel, wrapped in a buttery mineral background. The mouth is rich, full and enveloping. It has texture and acidity, in tune with a vibrant finish, which gives it a pleasant persistence.

This wine combines the typical acidity of the Arinto grape variety with the creaminess from the bâtonnage, resulting in a citrus aroma, green apple and a smoky note that adds complexity.
